Common Questions
What's your minimum order quantity?
We always say that our Minimum order qty for manufacturing a brand or promo is 30 pairs, but for the individual consumer or startup we manufacture as little as one pair, the pricing varies to allow for both a competitive retail option vs an unbeatable manufacturing cost.
How long does production take?
We have been known to have same day deliveries in a crazy bind, but as a rule of thumb we try to plan production to be completed 2 weeks after approval. That being said, if you have a due date or surprise order and need it ASAP we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, while this is not a day to day for us it is on a client-to-client basis and will be managed accordingly. If you want it, we will get it to you!
Can I see samples before ordering?
ABSOLUTELY, we have a multi-step system that is adaptable to your needs. We create a digital render first, once you are happy, we will colour match and print off a sample sock. Then before we even ship it off, we will send photos to you. If you are happy with the result, we will send off the physical for your approval.
Who is Terry?
Terry heel and toe isn’t a fancy new tik tok dance.Terry is just jargon, Terry is the name we give for padding, there are different levels of terry, full, half, quarter. They all just mean cushioning/padding/fluffy thicker socks, just like our heel and toe.
